    In 1986, QMII pioneered and implemented the most effective management system methodology. Today, QMII is a recognized leader in management system consulting, auditing and training, with hundreds of satisfied clients throughout North America and across the globe.

    Under the leadership of Dr. IJ Arora, President & CEO, QMII continues to work with our clients understanding their risks and innovating to meet challenges. We are an industry leader in conducting virtual lead auditor training. We continue to ask organizations to appreciate their management systems and deliver solutions that are tailored to their needs.

    • 1986

    Quality Management Holdings Ltd. is founded in UK. John Broomfield developed the People->Process->System® methodology and created the concept of ‘Appreciate Your Management System’.

    • 1991

    Quality Management International is incorporated in Pennsylvania.

    • 1995

    Andrew Lauden and Jonathan Davis join the company as partners and QMII expands operations across the USA.

    • 2002

    QMII becomes a GSA MOBIS Schedule Holder.

    • 2007

    QMII gets a new shareholder in Capt. IJ Arora (IJ). Wins major USCG contract, expands its operations extensively in the maritime field and geographically wins contracts across the globe.

    • 2011

    QMII moves HQ to Virginia and incorporates in Loudoun County, Virginia

    • 2013

    New site for HQ in Pipeline Plaza, VA, selected by Late Director HR, Sue Pathania. Dr. IJ becomes sole shareholder. QMII becomes Virginia DBE certified.

    • 2014

    QMII offers first industry leading Virtual Lead Auditor training.

    • 2016

    QMII is certified as an SBA 8(a) Organization.

    • 2017

    QMII is certified as an ISO 9001:2015 Organization.

    • 2019

    QMII becomes a GSA Schedule 70 contract holder.
