    PAYMENT

    • Course fees are in USD.
    • Payments :
      • may be made by credit card or check
      • Checks should be made payable to QMII.
      • Please ensure your check has all relevant course details.

      REFUNDS

      Cancellation by QMII

      In the rare event that we must cancel a course, QMII’s liability is limited to the refund of course fees. QMII will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

      For refunds:

      • Please send a written (e-mail) request.
      • QMII reserves the right to refund money by check only.
      • Payments made by any other means will be refunded by check.
      • All cancellation refunds will be made by check and mailed USPS ground.

      Cancellation by Student

      QMII realizes that it may be necessary for registrants to cancel or postpone training under certain circumstances. You may cancel your registration up to 14 days before the start of the course with one time opt to transfer to another session. A $100 per person administrative fee will be charged for each transfer/cancellation
      In fairness to our other course attendees, please note the following Cancellation and Transfer Policy.

      • Course fees are in USD.
      • Cancellations made within 14 days of the course are non-refundable. Registrants will have an option to one-time transfer to another class.**
      • $100 per person administrative fee will be charged for each transfer/cancellation.
      • All cancellation refunds will be made by check and mailed USPS ground.
      • Registrants who fail to attend their course are liable for 100% of the course fee.**

      **If course payment has not been received by at the time of cancellation/transfer and a fee is due, an invoice payable by the attendee will be raised.
      Invoice by email shall be sent to the person at your nominated email address within two business working days after the Course Registration has been processed. The Invoice shall be deemed to be received once a notification appears in QMII’s relevant email system or infrastructure. If you do not receive an invoice within 3 days after course registration, please immediately contact Customer Service
      The presentation of the invoice may be affected by the settings or quality of the computer equipment and/or software you use. QMII cannot control this, and while we do not guarantee that the presentation of the invoice will not be distorted, we do not believe that this will affect the clarity, legibility or validity of the invoice. Please contact Customer Service for any queries you have, we will be happy to resolve these.

      COURSE CANCELLATIONS

      QMII reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient registrations or conditions beyond its control. Notification of any cancellation will be made as early as practical and include a full refund. Refunds will be issued as early as practicable but definitely within 30 business days. QMII will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

      INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

      The intellectual property in our courses, or published on our website belong to or haves been acquired by QMII under a licensed agreement. Access is provided to you solely on the understanding that you will not make the content, or any part thereof, available to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. Your registration will be deemed to signify acceptance of these terms.

      ADMIN CHARGES

      If you need access to your digital certificate, there is no charge for this service.  However, requests for a paper certificate, if applicable, will be charged at $100.00 per certificate.
